TUITION
Statements will be sent via text or email to parents during the first week of each 4 week lesson block. Any materials purchased by the teacher will be included on the tuition statement. Please remit payment with 14 days. Late payment of invoices will result in a $5.00 penalty assessed on the next invoice.
PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
Every student is encouraged to participate in 2 recitals each year, one in January and one in May. Recitals are scheduled well in advance so you can plan for those times. To help cover the cost of the recital venue, a fee of $15 is assessed for each recital.
The National Federation of Music Clubs sponsors festivals for students to be adjudicated for their performance. The two festival events for our district are scheduled as follows:
November 15 - Hymn Festival
February 14 or 21 - Solo Festival
These events have a nominal entrance fee. Please inquire if you would like more information.
MAKE-UP LESSONS
Students who give advanced notice of a missed lesson will have the opportunity to schedule a make-up lesson within the next 2 weeks. Lessons missed without notice will not be eligible for make-up. No credits will be given for missed lessons unless the teacher is absent and is not able to schedule a convenient make-up lesson.
